Meet the Team
Julia brings two decades of insurance experience; the more recent years being spent within the area of third-party property damage. Passionate about what we do, Julia believes in the best customer journey and continually examines our group offering ensuring we are ahead of our game. Likewise, with our team, Julia has been a key player in instilling a culture of fairness, compassion and a belief that respect is earned which resounds throughout the Artemis group.
Mark is responsible for the delivery of our repair and construction service offering. With 20 years’ experience within the field of construction and as a Master Carpenter himself, Mark ensures the quality and delivery of projects meet the standard required and works closely with our Health and Safety Manager to ensure Health and Safety is at the forefront of all Artemis endeavours.
Stuart brings more than 30 years of senior management experience and is responsible for financial matters across the Artemis group. Stuart has held roles as CFO, COO and CEO across a number of companies in different industries and areas of the world but is the first to comment on how refreshing and invigorating it is to work within such a passionate and driven team.
As the head of all direct construction work across the business, Jack is passionate about on time delivery, health and safety and cost control. Alongside leading the office-based team of surveyors and building professionals, he also leads our employed trades on a national basis. As a Chartered Building professional, Jack brings a wealth of industry-specific knowledge to the team.
Director – Operations
Laura is responsible for the many accreditations Artemis holds and heads our Operations team which includes all risk and compliance. Working within an industry where regulation and best practice is of paramount importance, Laura ensures Artemis conforms to all requirements across the business. Working closely with our IT team, Laura has recently overseen the governance and implementation of our IT platform which runs across the Artemis Group.
Director – Service Delivery
Having worked within the insurance industry for the past decade, Joe is responsible for ensuring service delivery is at its pinnacle within our third party property damage offering. Having worked across the business, Joe is in the best possible position to develop client relationships ensuring we work in partnership across our offering.
