Whilst undertaking a delivery to the site, a lorry was reversing into the loading bay. Upon doing so, the lorry impacted with a bespoke designed roller shutter door.

The roller shutter door consisted of 5 panels, with 2 windows built within the panels. Damage was evident to 3 of the 5 panels.

Contractors were required to source and supply a replacement roller shutter door to match the original design as close as reasonably possible. Following discussions with the site contact, the original design for the sticker was no longer available and our contractors would be required to redesign and supply a replacement.

As a result of this our contractors drew up and printed a replacement art sticker for the door. The sticker was then applied offsite prior to the door being installed.
