The original roof was found to be defective and extensive leaking into the property caused significant damage. Our specialist roofing team installed waterproofing membrane with an EDPM surface layer which stopped the roof from leaking.  Each membrane consisted of a heat-welded synthetic rubber and high-quality modified bitumen which ensured flexibility in the sealing membrane.
